Abstract
The present Bulletin is the second in the series issued by the Central Marine Fisheries Research Institute and lists the Serials and Expedition Reports available in the library. In addition to the Publications catalogued, the library has over 3000 books and a very large number of reprints. The Institute’s library is one of the best on fisheries and marine sciences in the Indian Ocean Region and it is hoped that a catalogue of this kind will be useful to those interested in getting an idea of its holdings. Quite a large number of the serials are incomplete at present but it is proposed as far as possible to complete, during the ensuing five-year plan period, those which are of direct interest to the work of the Institute.
