Abstract

Along some southern centres of Raigad district, Maharashtra viz Shrivardhan, Bhardkol, Dighi, Rajpuri, Murud-Janjira, Nadgoan, Borli-Mandla, Korlal, Salavand Revdanda, there exists a traditional seasonal prawn fishery during August-December landed mainly by 'dol' netters and trawlers.
