Abstract

Sqiuds, cuttlefishes and octopuses are collectively known as Cephalopods, a group of invertebrates under phylum Mollusca. Realising the food value of sqiuds and cuttlefishes there has been some kind of sustenance fishery for this group since early times in our country.
