Abstract
Among squid catches, frequent bycatch of Diamond squid was observed during this year along Gujarat coast. The diamond-shaped squid, Thysanoteuthis rhombus is a nonabundant epipelagic inhabitant of warm tropical waters of the Indian Ocean.
