Abstract

The occurrence of Tachypleus gigas (Muller) at 3181 m depths off Orissa coast, between Paradwip and Palmyras Point (Lat. 20° 31' - 20° 47 ' N and Long. 87" 63' - 87" 41' E ) is reported, based on the collections of FORV Sagar Sampada.
