Abstract
The ICAR-Central Marine Fisheries Research Institute has offered training on the United Nations’ Code of Conduct for Responsible Fisheries (CCRF) and Ecosystem Approach to Fisheries Management (EAFM) to 20 delegates from countries of the Bay of Bengal region. The training aimed to enhance the participants' understanding of responsible fishing practices and promote sustainable fisheries management. Fisheries officers and researchers from Thailand, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, the Maldives and India attended the training.
