Abstract

Under RKVY programme, MATSYAFED, Kasaragode District Kerala implemented the Seabass culture in estuaries of Kasaragod. The training on cage farming of Sea bass for MATSYAFED was imparted by Mangalore Research Centre of CMFRI. The cages were made according to the design fabricated for Uppunda creeks of Karnataka, which was adopted by Karnataka fishermen on a large scale.
