Abstract
It was a memorable wedding anniversary gift for K.V. Karthikeyan and K.C. Rekha, said to be India’s first fisher couple, when they were felicitated by Minister of State for Agriculture and Farmer’s Welfare Sudarshan Bhagat at a function organised by the Central Marine Fisheries Research Institute (CMFRI) here on Friday. The Minister handed over to the couple fish seeds of sea bass for starting cage fish farming in sea waters with CMFRI support.
