Abstract

The socioeconomic aspects of the externalities associated with the industrial fisheries is explored in the background of various polities of the Government. The bioeconomic implications of various policies in different sectors of fisheries are analyzed. An attempt is made to evolve a framework for rational exploitation of the flShery of EEZ with emphasis on the overall development of the coastal poor
