    Abstract

The case study's distinguishing feature is its ability to deal with a wide range of evidence documents, artefacts, interviews, and observations. In other words, a case study as a research strategy is a comprehensive method. When a unique situation is there in which many more variables of measurement interest are present than the data points, in such a situation, the case study is the most suitable research method. It allows the convergence and triangulation of the data based on multiple sources of evidence thus providing a realistic view of the context and case. As a result, case studies provide insights into how the real world operates. They can aid in demonstrating how various factors-economics, ecology, policy, legal system, sociology, tradition, and so on interact. However, the success of the case study method is heavily dependent on the researcher's skill and training at all stages, such as designing case studies, collecting case study evidence, analysing case study evidence, and reporting case studies. With the advent of quantum computing which is going to revolutionize the post-modern world, it is anticipated that the case study research method aiming to contextualize multidimensional social phenomena is likely to be a clear winner when future social researchers confront the question of which method to choose for their research.
