Abstract

Because of the importance of neuroendocrine factors in controlling many physiological functions of the body, several attempts have been made to study the anatomical and histological features of the neuroendocrine systems of crustaceans. Literature shows that considerable amount of work is available, on histo-morphological characteristics of the neuroendocrine system in pleocyenatans.
