Abstract
Over the past 30 years, there is a rapid progress in aquaculture development all-over the world, particularly in South-East Asian countries. For past 3 decades, major changes that are noticeable in this sector range from a small-scale homestead level activity to a large-scale commercial aquafanning. Due to new innovations and technological advancements in this sector high production levels at some places have led to dumping in foreign markets and imposition of tariff barriers.
