Abstract
ദഹന വ്യൂഹത്തിലുള്ള ഉപകാരികളായ അണുക്കളുടെ ഉത്പാദനം കൂട്ടി കാലികളുടെ വളർച്ചയ്ക്കും, രോഗപ്രതിരോധശക്തിക്കും സഹായിക്കുന്ന പദാർത്ഥങ്ങളാണ് പ്രോബയോട്ടിക്കുകൾ. പ്രോബയോട്ടിക്കുകളിൽ ബാക്ടീരിയ, ഫംഗസ്, യീസ്റ്റ് എന്നിവയാണുള്ളത്.
