Abstract
The Regional Centre of CMFRI, Veraval carried out a successful demonstration of juvenile lobsters grow out in open sea cages.After a culture period of 110 days, the lobsters reached an average size of 203g with a survival of 93.7%. The total harvest obtained was 272 kg consisting three different size grades.
