Abstract
A large specimen of Lutjanus rivulatus (Cuvier,1828) was found to have an ovo-testes. The fish having 590mm length and weighing 3.9 kg was landed by hand liners in Vanakbara, Diu. Sporadic landing of L. rivulatus is observed along Saurashtra coast by small-scale fishermen.
