Abstract
This small-sized flatfish is known from relatively few specimens collected in the northwestern Indian Ocean. Data are virtually nonexistent regarding its distribution, population size or trends, and potential impacts due to demersal trawl bycatch. Therefore, it is listed as Data Deficient.
