Abstract

Atrobucca marleyi was described on the basis of a single specimen collected from South Africa. It has been treated previously as a synonym of A. nibe and as a valid species. More research is needed to verify the validity of this species. See also the Red List assessment of A. nibe for further taxonomic explanation.
