Abstract

The land area of Kerala, the smallest State in India is 38,855 sq. Kilometres and lies between latitudes 8' and 12°45' and longitudes 74 "40' and 77' 50' . Palm fringed, lagoon studded and adorned with lusb green mountains, Kerala sprawls along the west coast of India. Towards the apex of the Peninsula.
