Abstract
Library and Documentation Centre of the ICAR-CMFRI one of the best-specialised Libraries in the field of fisheries and marine sciences. The Centre plays a vital role in collection, development and dissemination of scientific information to meet the present and future needs of the Institute. Library extends its services to the staff of the Institute including the Regional/Research Centres spread across different maritime states of the country as well as to students and researchers from other Institutions, State Fisheries Departments, Universities and Colleges.
