Sathiadhas, R and Panikkar, K K P (1989) Socio-economic status of marine fishermen along Madras coast. Marine Fisheries Information Service, Technical and Extension Series, 96. pp. 1-6.
Article_03.pdf - Published Version

However, the successful implementation of such programmes depends on the socioeconomic condition of the target group. For planning and management of fisheries, greater attention has to be given to the social and economic aspects.
