Abstract

Dr. P. K. Mishra, the Prime Minister's Principal Secretary, toured innovative seaweed farms developed by ICAR-CMFRI along the Indo-Pak border in Gujarat's Kutch district. He was impressed by the project's strategic location and its potential to benefit both national security and local farmers. This visit marks a significant step forward for India's mariculture industry, promoting economic development and social well-being while aligning with the country's seaweed mission.
