Abstract
നോൺ ആൽക്കഹോളിക് ഫാറ്റി ലിവറിനെ ചെറുക്കാൻ കടൽ പായലിൽനിന്നും പ്രകൃതിദത്ത ഉൽപന്നവുമായി കേന്ദ്ര സമുദ്രമത്സ്യ ഗവേഷണ സ്ഥാപനം (സി എം എഫ് ആർ ഐ). കടൽപായലുകളിൽ അടങ്ങിയിരിക്കുന്ന ഫലപ്രദമായ ബയോആക്റ്റീവ് സംയുക്തങ്ങൾ ഉപയോഗിച്ചാണ് ' കടൽമീൻ ലിവ്ക്യുവർ എക്സ്ട്രാക്റ്റ്' എന്ന ന്യൂട്രാസ്യൂട്ടിക്കൽ ഉൽപ്പന്നം നിർമിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്.
