Abstract
കഴിഞ്ഞ വർഷം ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ഉല്പാദിപ്പിച്ചത് ഏകദേശം 34,000 ടൺ കടൽപായൽ എന്ന് സി എം എഫ് ആർ ഐ റിപ്പോർട്ട്. ആഗോള തലത്തിൽ ഇത് ഏറെ പിന്നിലാണെന്നും 2025 ആകുമ്പോഴേക്കും വർഷം 11.42 ലക്ഷം ടൺ ഉല്പാദനമാണ് കേന്ദ്ര സർക്കാർ ലക്ഷ്യമിടുന്നതെന്നും സി എം എഫ് ആർ ഐയിൽ നടന്ന പരമ്പരാഗതമല്ലാത്ത ജലകൃഷികളെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള ദേശീയ ശിൽപശാലയിൽ ഡയറക്ടർ ഡോ. ഗോപാലകൃഷ്‌ണൻ പറഞ്ഞു.
