Abstract
കേരളത്തിലുള്പ്പെടെ സമുദ്ര മല്സ്യബന്ധന മേഖലയില് ഇന്ഷുറന്സ് കാര്യക്ഷമമല്ലെന്നും കാലാവസ്ഥ കാരണമായി വരുന്ന നഷ്ടങ്ങള് നികത്താന് പ്രത്യേക ഇന്ഷുറന്സ് പരിരക്ഷ ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തേണ്ടതുണ്ടെന്ന് ഈ വിഷയം ചര്ച്ച ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി സംഘടിപ്പിച്ച സിംപോസിയത്തില് വിദഗ്ധര് ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി.
